Yep, and he got life--for kicking his girlfriend in the stomach (she asked him to) in order to induce a miscarriage. She was just under five months pregnant--pre-viability--but the state statute defines life as starting at conception.

If docters have to legally report it to their parents if they are under 18 years of age, this is the kind of mayhem you can expect....
