INDEFENSIBLE was reviewed last week in the New York Law Journal. And though my interest in the book is waning quickly, (time to start working on other things I think). I'm told that the review was penned by a sitting Supreme Court Justice. So ok, I'm curious. If anyone happens to have a copy, or a link to it, by all means send it along.
I'm reading Indefensible (my boss went to a conference you spoke at and came back with it). It's very compelling and makes me very, very glad that I practice in a much smaller system with mostly fair judges and prosecutors. We currently have no judges or prosecutors who lock people up just because they can. Great book! (Oh, and I doubt very much that you're going to hell. Just read that part and laughed.)
