Sorry, counselor, and I say this as a brother criminal defense lawyer: this is hilarious because why, exactly?

What I find hilarious is the unbearable self-importance of cop-speak.
I think that the right, by and large, uses language much more effectively than the left, and manages to project a muscular, macho image in instances in which their thinking is muddled if not downright stupid. This, it seems to me is an excellent example-- a Czar? Really? Not merely a well thought out or coordinated effort, but an actual guy with a title that evokes what Reagan called "the evil empire"? This, to me is politics at its tragic (and thus hilarious) nadir.
Sorry for any misunderstanding or offense.
