Definitely. My parents started visiting Ronnie in approximately 1980 as part of a prison ministry. From day his story has been that his brother did the crime. While everybody on death row has some claims to innocence, I suspect Ronnie is telling the truth.
Regardless of his actual guilt or innocence, however, from what he has said about the competence of his own attorney and the resulting shenanigans by the prosecutor, I think he should get a new trial.
