NYLJ Review...
So, I'm told that INDEFENSIBLE was reviewed last week in the New York Law Journal. And though my interest in the book is waning quickly, (time to start working on other things I think). I'm told that the review was penned by a sitting Supreme Court Justice. So ok, I'm curious. If anyone happens to have a copy, or a link to it, by all means send it along.

I'm reading Indefensible (my boss went to a conference you spoke at and came back with it). It's very compelling and makes me very, very glad that I practice in a much smaller system with mostly fair judges and prosecutors. We currently have no judges or prosecutors who lock people up just because they can. Great book! (Oh, and I doubt very much that you're going to hell. Just read that part and laughed.)
