I friend of mine just lent me your book which I really enjoyed. Three questions if you are bored and have nothing better to do than respond:
1. For those of us that enjoyed the book can we expect a sequel?
2. What would it take for a sequel to be called Defensible or Partially Defensible since the Holistic Defense has apparently not totally done the trick.
3. I there any state or other country where it is or has become closer to being Defensible.
